Firstly, you must connect your printer to your PC and install all the necessary drivers.

Once Windows begins to recognize your tag printer device, follow the steps given below:

  • Log into QuickBooks
  • Toggle the menu bar by pressing ALT.
  • Click on the file.
  • Select Print Forms
  • Select Labels from the provided options. A new popup menu will appear with the title of Selects Labels to Print.
  • Enter all the necessary information that you want on the label. Most organizations prefer to print labels with only the bar codes as these give all the information about the item.
  • Select the type of printer through which you want to print out the labels or tags.
  • Select the name of the printer from the drop-down options.
  • Select the label format.
  • Enter the number of copies you want to get printed
  • Check the preview of the label /tag
  • Click on Print.
