Here is an Example of issue faced with QBOL by a QuickBooks/revel customer

“I had a QBOL payment issue and all I needed to do is to fix errors and rebuild my data base….
We are a Revel/QBOL customer.  It is very apparent when calling QB that there is no understanding of the relationship between Revel and QB.
I was told by revel that my issue was a QB issue that they were working on and that QB was aware of the problem but I should call to let them know that I was a user affected ….turns out it is in fact a QBOL payment issue that is being worked on and hopefully will be resolved soon.”
