How to Upgrade QuickBooks Desktop 2021 to 2024 (Latest Version)

Step 1: Backup Your Current QB Version 

• Open the current version of the application, i.e., QuickBooks 2024
• Admin user access is required to access the company file
• At the upper left of the tab, click the File menu
